Cancellation & Refund

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• In case of duplicate payment or technical error, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Software licenses or digital services once activated cannot be refunded.
• Any disputes regarding payment must be reported to accounts@cadvintech.com within 2 days of the transaction.
