Shipping & Exchange

• For software/digital licenses: Delivery will be made via email or secure download link within 2–4 weeks after payment confirmation.
• For hardware (if applicable): Delivery timelines and charges will be communicated at the time of order.
• Exchanges are applicable only in case of defective hardware received, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
• Digital products/services are not eligible for exchange.
